Privacy statement
In the course of our business relation, I may collect the following personal data from you: name,
e-mail address, telephone number and postal address. Your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of contracts. It will be used exclusively to contact you with regards to
requests or orders placed, unless you have given your consent to receive newsletters or other such messages (or have not objected to it when placing an order). To withdraw said consent, please
contact me.
In the case of a request, your personal data will be stored for one year; in the case of an order, for three years, beginning at the date of order fulfillment.
None of your data will be disclosed to third parties.
Legal remedies:
You may withdraw your consent to the use of your data for marketing at any time.
Basically, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact me for these purposes.
If you believe that the processing of your data contravenes data protection law or your legal claim to protection of your data has been violated in some other way, you can complain to the supervisory authorities. In Austria, the Data Protection Authority is responsible for this matter.
